Terms & Conditions

The terms on which Maison Care provides its introduction and matching service to private clients and candidates.

Last updated: September 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries made through it. By using this website you accept these terms.

Our service

Maison Care is a private matching and introduction service for live-in carers and personal assistants. We work with private clients to understand their requirements and introduce candidates we believe may be suitable.

Maison Care does not provide regulated personal care and does not employ or supervise the carers and PAs we introduce. Any working arrangement is agreed directly between the client and the individual introduced.

Enquiries and introductions

  • Submitting an enquiry does not create any obligation on either side.
  • We cannot guarantee that a suitable candidate will be found, or found within a particular timeframe.
  • Clients are responsible for satisfying themselves that anyone they engage is suitable for their household, and for meeting their own responsibilities as an employer or engager where applicable.

Information you provide

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Where you provide information about another person, you confirm they are aware of and content with that.

Confidentiality

Client and candidate information is treated confidentially and shared only where necessary to consider or make an introduction. Please see our Privacy Policy for further detail.

Use of this website

Website content is provided for general information and may change. You may not copy or reuse the content of this website for commercial purposes without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, Maison Care is not liable for the acts, omissions or performance of any individual introduced, or for decisions made by a client or candidate.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always shown on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
