Complaints
How to raise a concern with Maison Care and how we will respond.
Last updated: September 2026
If something has not gone as it should, we want to hear about it. Concerns are handled privately and taken seriously.
How to raise a concern
Please raise your concern through the enquiry form on this website, marking it as a complaint and including what happened, when it happened and what outcome you are hoping for.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint and confirm who is dealing with it.
- We look into what happened and speak with anyone involved where appropriate.
- We respond with our findings and what we intend to do about them.
- If you are not satisfied with the response, you can ask for it to be reviewed again.
Safeguarding concerns
Concerns about the safety or welfare of an adult at risk are treated as safeguarding matters rather than ordinary complaints, and are dealt with as set out on our Safeguarding page.
